DUNDEE EAGLES CHRISTMAS PARTY
On 17th Dec we will be playing host to Madras Rugby Club for games with the P4-P7 teams.

Also on this date we will be reinforcing our renowned hospitality by having a joint Xmas party with Madras for all teams so things will be busy at Mayfield to say the least.

The only way we can cater for so many numbers including Madras is to stagger the training/playing times due to the lack of space allowing us to hold the party's in the clubhouse.

For the day to be a success we will need as many helpers from each age group as possible to lend a hand with the catering in the clubhouse.

A letter will be sent out to all members this week with more info. Please also fill in the tear off slip attached to the letter and return it this Sunday to your coach or ASAP

PRAISED FOR "MADE TO FEEL WELCOME ATMOSPHERE"

A travelling Eagles parent at last weeks game vs Perth who was roped in to help out with the catering was told how happy the Perth parents and players are to come along to Mayfield
and in particular one of the parents who had visited us just recently, with her son, praised the Eagles for their home baking, friendliness and "the made to feel
welcome" atmosphere that was extended to her and the other supporting mums and dads.

So well done to all you helpers and members, we do need more help on Sundays!!!
